On the ground floor, you'll find a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room provides access to a terrace. There is also a room with a French bed and air conditioning, which also has access to the terrace, and another room with two beds and air conditioning. The kitchen on this level is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.
