Beautiful house "Shangri La". 800 m from the centre of Les Issambres, 16 km from the centre of Fréjus, 21 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, in the residential district, 700 m from the sea. Private: property 1'400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Table tennis, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, sandy beach 700 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

"Shangri La", 3-room house 100 m2. Comfortable furnishings: upper floor: (exterior staircase) living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: not suitable for small children not suitable for children under 12 years. Non-smoking house.
