We were offered the kitchen of another bungallow to cook.

Needed a cheap place near Auch, and this fit the bill. It is recently renovated, and the rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. My wife said our room seemed like one of those IKEA space-saving apartment showrooms they have. That cuts both ways - colorful and clean, but a little cheap. The bathroom shower has that half wall thing that a lot of French showers seem to have, and it leaked like crazy every time one of us took a shower, leaving the bathroom floor an absolute puddle. Could not recommend this guest house enough! It’s perfectly located in the heart of a lovely little French town. The owner, Michael, is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. His generosity and thoughtfulness to our wellbeing went far above the norm, and dramatically improved our overall experience in Jegun.

Hands-down one of the best places I have ever been. Antoine and his wife are very charming hosts, cook for you on a family table, etc. Property is renovated in a very sophisticated manner. Would give a "6" if there was one on Expedia.
