"bin was full of rubbish when we arrived and when we had to complain two times before it was cleared out. the manager in particular was passive aggressive when we tried bringing up the issue."

"Good 3 star hotel,room was a good size with a balcony looking over a lovely garden,hotel has a nice roof top terrace with a shower to help cool down. Downside..we was there for 5 days with no room cleaning or change of towels ( unless you pay additional charge) Also the lift belongs to the cleaners and hard to get some times..for are 5 day stay the lifts were not operational for 2."

"We checked in and immediately found bugs in the bathroom. We asked to move rooms but they said they couldn't. The room smelled like mildew or some rotting carpet smell. And to top it off the AC wouldn't stay on so it was incredibly hot. Not only that but they wouldn't give us a refund for the other 2 nights of our stay despite us checking in and checking back out within hours."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Excelsior!! The hotel was very close to the train station and the staff were especially welcoming and friendly!! The room was beautifully maintained and clean, and we even had a small balcony that allowed us to enjoy the warm air of the French Riviera!!"
