The building has 6 apartments and looks very tired looking from the exterior, certainly not like the images portrayed when browsing the property online. However, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped for our needs, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, as we're the management company who look after the property. Our only complaint, apart from the exterior appearance, was that the bathroom would have that stale water...

"The furnishings are a bit dated but overall the apartments are big and comfortable with a good balcony. The swimming pool is the best we have ever experienced catering for children and adults. It is huge and is thoroughly cleaned every day before opening including all the sunbeds being hosed down . Roquetas does suffer from high winds when the sea is not good for swimming so to have this wonderful pool is a bonus."

"Great Apt, clean, beautiful view over the golf course and mountains/sea beyond, very quiet so slept unusually well (it was late April and quiet in the resort), indoor pool to ourselves & lovely swim, super 3 course meal (3 choices for each course) & fab breakfast buffet plus lovely staff. Never felt so relaxed in a hotel, but maybe got lucky with it being a quiet month. "

"We had 2 nights booked and checked out after one. Reception very run down. Dirty tables in reception area which we stained as if someone had spilt a drink on there, still the same the next day. Paint peeling of walls, dirty pillows and scruffy blankets. We paid for a superior apartment however no idea what was superior about it. Hotel needs closing down for a few months for an overall revamp and update "

"Very nice spacious apartment overlooking the pool with all amenities. Five floors of apartments with lifts. Everything very clean. Staff were very helpful but I wish I could speak Spanish but they tried their best with our English. Free parking next to apartments although secure parking is available in basement. "Nice apartment, just needs attention to detail. Eg 1 wine glass, crack in coffee pot. 1 flat pillow each. Overall value for money. Just one point, the office does not open until 4pm (check in time ) so don't bother getting there any earlier. "

"Great apartment, had everything you would need, beach on doorstep, lovely pool but restrictions open 11-9 closed 3.30-5 so no early or late swim. Not very welcoming to us brits so maybe only Spanish should stay there . Nice area within 30 min walk of everything and if you want to do tourist stuff less than 10 euro by taxi. Only suggestion I would give is for there to be a little info in the apartment, luckily we had a great taxi driver from the airport so used him for everything otherwise would...
