The people at check in: very nice & spoke English. Restaurant staff were great!!! Especially “ Bartek”. Hotel is close to all things in Roros: shops, restaurants and the Roros church + all the historic mining buildings and the train station!

Var ikke fornøyd med frokosten. Vi er godt voksne mennesker å bruke app til å bestille syns jeg ikke noe om. Er å slankeoperert så spiser veldig lite. Men når jeg er på hotell spiser jeg litt av alt. Var å veldig dårlig brø utvalg. Endte med at jeg tok med meg eget brø 2 dagen.

Fint hotell, men.

Pent, praktisk, fin bar god mat i resturangene, men et system på frokosten som ødela gleden med å komme ned til frokosts som men stor del av selve oppholdet. Etter min mening, og de jeg reiste sammen med var frokosten en katastrofe.

Slitt rom, men god mat og resten av hotellet var bra. Hyggelige ansatte. Hadde rom ut mot vegen og der stod sola på hele dagen, så det ble veldig tett og varmt inne. Så savnet aircondition på rommet nå på sommeren. Hadde vinduet opp, men det var en del bråk/trafikk.

Rent och fräscht med trevlig lobby och flera restauranger i huset. Inte supermodernt och lite av en labyrint med olika huskroppar. Plus för balkong på rummet. Mycket centralt läge.

1.gammelt hotell, plagsom støy fra vifter og rør tar nattesøvn 2.god mat men den serveres med «moderne» bestillingssystem med telefon . Ikke bra ! Men betjeningen gjorde så godt de kunne.

Hyggelig hotell. Har vært her ved flere anledninger. Denne gangen hadde jeg med meg to som bruker rullator. Føler ikke hotellet har god rampe for dette. Mange trapper inn til resepsjonen. Var en meget treg lasterampeheis der. Ikke veldig praktisk. Kofferter må bæres opp/ned trappa. Ønsker det var en mulighet for å trille kofferten opp der.

Selvom rommet var lite og det kom støy om natta fra bilene som kjørte hovedveien, vi hadde et fint opphold. SPA var fantastisk. Ansatte i resepsjonen var veldig profesjonelle og flinke. Frokostsalen var ok med app bestilling på varme retter til frokosten. Ikke så mye utvalg på resten. Vi fikk bruke SPAen gratis. Ikke så mye gjester i barene/pubene om kvelden.
