"What a lovely little hotel - a very warm welcome on arrival, clean and cool room and a delicious breakfast. It’s also a great location with short bus or walk to the main Vaparetto terminal and a 5 minute walk to the Lido beach. Would highly recommend."

"We stayed for 3 nights, rooms are clean and tidy. The cleaning service is immaculate. Bathrooms are cleaned and to a good standard. the bus stops are close by and the public beach was also close by. There isn’t much of a choice for the breakfast, however the food that is provided is enjoyable and tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price it is definitely worth it!"

"The hotel was well-equipped and clean. The receptionist explained the public transport options etc for us, and that was useful as we bought ACTV Transport tickets for 72 hours (I recommend that if you want to visit other islands). It's a good accommodation if you don't want to spend the night in central Venice."
