This was a great find, the staff was beyond excellent, very helpful and kind. Many spoke English which helped with my large family, most did not speak Spanish. The area is very walkable to tourist areas, bars, and restaurants. Overall excellent experience and will be going back. Amenities were excellent too, pool bar/restaurant gave us true vacation feel.

It was very well maintained, super clean and loved the smell of the room when we entered, it was soft (not aggressive) but nice, very pleasant. The bed and sheets were excellent! The cover on site parking was a good plus too and they have valet parking.

They gave away our rooms and sent us to some low-level other hotel in their chain. We booked a long time before, but still they give away our rooms. We had to go look for another hotel at 23.30. Terrible experience.
