    Ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Roscoff, 2 minutes from the pier and in the immediate vicinity of all shops and restaurants.

    Cozy apartment of 41 m² completely renovated, with a large terrace of 40 m² overlooking the sea, offering a unique landscape to the rhythm of the tides. Apartment located Place Lacaze Duthiers, in the heart of the historic center of Roscoff.
    You enjoy a rare location: port, restaurants, shops, beaches and pier for the island of Batz within walking distance in a few minutes.

    Electric blackout blinds are installed on the large bay windows.

    Good news: parking in the downtown is free from 15 June to 30 September.

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons profité de la grande terrasse, ensoleillée une grande partie de la journée à cette époque. Elle offre une vue magnifque sur la mer. Idéalement situé en plein centre de Roscoff, a proximité des commerces, de l'embarcadère pour l'île de Batz et de la plage de Rokroum je recommande sans hésitation cet hébergement. Nous y reviendrons c'est évident.
