Independent house with enclosed garden of 800 M2, a garage for your car.
It has a large terrace overlooking the sea (Morlaix Bay and Callot Island), very pleasant in all seasons, the garden is surrounded by hedges.
Bright, functional and pleasant house, it has been labeled Clévacances 4 keys, since 2009.
Very well equipped villa, 3 bedrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower), a fitness room and a relaxation room.
For your leisure, 3 bikes available, fishing equipment on foot, outdoor games, ball, badminton set, rackets, skittles, beach games, books as well as board games.
Optional services:
Sheets rental: 15 € per bed
Hand towel rental: € 5 per person
End of stay cleaning: 70 €
Tourist tax: 1. 20 € per day and per adult.
Deposit of 500 €.
A certificate of resort insurance to be provided on the day of arrival.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

The Grande-Grève beach is 500 meters away on foot, a sandy beach with diving board.
