"We were never informed of power cuts and its corresponding impact in a room with small fan and the inability to open windows due to plenty of mosquitoes and other insects. The whole family had an awful night and were dumbfounded to learn that they have a generator and simply forgot to put it on. This is appalling customer service. No indication of depth sign around a swimming pool which plunges up to 2 metres and you can just imagine the risk for the customers Customer care zero"

Quiet and peaceful with lovely birds and other wildlife in the area. My 3 kids throughly enjoyed themselves that they didn’t want to leave. Even the sleep you get there is different and peaceful. Wake up really refreshed "
