The evening manager, Crystal, was exceptionally cordial and informative at check-in, providing local information which was invaluable for our stay. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and clean. It was a pleasure to stay there and I would recommend it.

Showed up to a closed darkly lit property on a remote highway. The check in instructions directed me to find an envelope with check in info in front of store. No envelope no people. I called office and after hour numbers to get help and no answer. I texted no answer. I called Travelocity to get help ...
