Host was so sweet and accommodating! The house was clean and had lots of extra supplies. I did dock one star cause the futon was perhaps the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on, but the beds were both great!

Roseland??? In general, the area was good; but, we primarily were at the property except for a day trip to crabtree falls and Staunton.
