"Literally like staying in a classical art museum … a true Empress’ palace - stunning! Impeccable service from an attentive, friendly, truly kind staff. We were blown away. It was such a comfortable bed. The art and sculptures and vases were glorious.., we wandered the grounds and felt like we were in a storybook. The outdoor terrace was gorgeous… and the library you walk through to get to it was spectacular. Such a delicious breakfast buffet with food and coffee that was phenomenal. We must return - the memories we made here in Kronberg were for a lifetime. July weather was magnificent! And the A/C was perfect. (So were the windows with the cool breeze). Thank you for the magnificent customer experience!"

"This is a business hotel in Eschborn. It is not in Frankfurt and if your main reason for visit is the city, you are quite a way out. The hotel itself is great. Rooms are small but are good if you are there for sleep. Having said this, the bed was not the most comfortable I've used. The shower was fantastic. Breakfast was more than I expected and Yelena was always there with a smile. The bar is cozy with a good variety of beverages. Thanks to Sofiia for the care. The front desk was very helpful and available. Large parking garage, with a fee but that is OK (Euro 90 for 4 nights). I was on the sixth floor and I understand that there are larger rooms lower down. The area is not one for night life but there are restaurants nearby. There is a Rewe supermarket a few blocks away. All in all, a good experience."
