  • Comfortable apartment with capacity for 2 people. It is located in the urban center of Roses. Nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 140 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in couple of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.

    COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



    ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



    By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.



    ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.

Appartement comme décrit

La communication avec l'agence immobilière se fait via whatsapp, toutes les informatios reçues étaient correctes. Appartement en bon état, excepté la lumière de la terrasse et du couloir extérieur qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Un kit de bienvenue de ménage est fourni, un petit kit de bienvenue salle de bains aurait été appréciable.
