Magnificent flat in Roses, 55 m2, very close to the beach and to the centre, on the last floor, it's a penthouse and can be accessed by lift, in a very quiet residence.

It has a very big balcony with beautiful open views to the mountains.

It can accommodate up to 4 people.

The living/dining room is very spacious and luminous, its modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the advantages to enjoy a good meal.

It is air conditioned.

It consists of a very large bedroom with a bed of 180x200, (2 beds of 90cm glued together).

It also offers: washing machine, iron, fridge, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.
