While the location near the beach is convenient and the physical apartments are modern and clean, our stay was marred by hidden costs and a complete lack of basic essential supplies that were never communicated beforehand. 1. No Toilet Paper Provided: We were shocked to learn upon arrival that toilet paper is not replenished in the unit beyond a bare minimal starter roll. Having to go out and buy basic hygiene paper during a torrential rain forecasted for a self-catering apartment standard is unacceptable—especially when this requirement is not clearly stated anywhere on the booking page or in the pre-arrival information. 2. Pay-Per-Use Spa Facilities: The listing advertises spa and wellness amenities, leading guests to believe access is included as part of the property features. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and were informed that using the spa/sauna facilities comes with an additional pay-per-use charge. While we understand self-catering properties have different policies, transparency is key. Springing extra costs and basic supply requirements on guests upon arrival feels like nickel-and-diming and leaves a terrible first impression. Unless you are prepared to bring/buy your own essential household items and pay extra for advertised amenities like the spa, I would advise looking elsewhere in Roses where pricing and inclusions are clear.

Excellent apartment with great views to the beach from the top floor. The balkony was big and well equipped for relaxation. Well functioning airconditioner. Functioning kitchen. Great for a family stay. Nice to have two bathrooms too.

We absolutely loved this property!!! To this day I get sad when the city we go to doesn't have a similar hotel with a similar view. The breakfast croissants were great, and Eva was the most amazing host

Absolutely fabulous apartment; we stayed in the penthouse and the pics truly do not do it justice. Perfect spot for a really relaxed friends holiday. Staff all extremely friendly, would recommend to anyone.

Convenient stay in Roses

Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service.
