Bathroom with bathtub, open-plan kitchen with access to the living-dining room. 15-meter terrace with views of the sea and swimming pool. Super pleasant, bright, and close to everything.

The views are stunning, overlooking the pool, sea, and mountain. Perfect location, two minutes walking from the beach, seafront promenade, bars, and restaurants in the area. Yet, a very quiet residential complex.
