To access the apartment you have to lower stairs (equivalent to 2 floors) and is distributed in:

* 1 bedroom with double bed (150 cm).

* 1 bedroom with double bed (160cm).

* Dining room with sofa and TV (only TNT SAT for French channels).

* Kitchen recently renovated and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster ...

Located 10/12 minutes on foot from Canyelles Beach (natural sandy beach with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).

Located 30-35 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

Arrival and departure times can be adjusted according to the season.

The price does not include sheets and towels. You can rent them for 15€/person.

Séjour à Roses

Une vue magnifique, logement bien situé, mais à notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé le logement pas très propre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (en fait c'était une option, réponse de l'agence ??), la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas sur l'un des wc.d'un des toilettes

Superbe !!!

Très bel appartement très spacieux avec une immense terrasse vue de folie. Une cuisine moderne avec tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer de bons repas. Chambres de belles tailles. Petit bémol sur le dessus de lit de celle du fond que votre tête ne manquera pas de croiser durant votre séjour. Sans intérêt si ce n'est que de se cogner ! Salle de bain du fond douche mérite un petit rafraîchissement et un joint digne de ce nom pour éviter que ça coule en dehors. Aucun rideaux comme vu sur les photos de présentation. Dommage de laisser les tringles toutes vides ce n'est pas bien joli. Mise à part ces quelques détails nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'autant que sur 5 appartements il n'y a eu que nous pendant 15 jours donc cerise sur le gâteau piscine pour nous seuls. Je recommande vivement cette location. Merci à Xavi pour son accueil sourire et gentillesse.
