This very tastefully furnished flat is located on the first floor. The rooms are bright and flooded with light and (almost) nothing is missing for a relaxing holiday.
It is equipped with a large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, bathroom with wellness shower, new modern kitchen, as well as a living-dining room with sofabed (140x185 ) , air conditioning and direct access to the south-facing terrace with sea view.

Schlechte Lage

In ca. 50 m befindet sich die stark befahrene Straße auf das Cap de Creus. Der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse ist sehr laut.Im Inneren ist die Wohnung top. Die Betten quietschen und die Matratzen sind unbequem. Die Klimaanlage ist das mmet Hochsommer notwendig. Das Schlafzimmer kann nicht gut belüftetwerden, da die Waschküche davor luegtMatratzensind unbequem. Ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer nicht möglich.

De très bonnes vacances

L’appartement correspond aux photos, très propres et super vue sur la mer ! La climatisation fonctionne très bien et le logement est très bien équipé. Zone calme et proche du centre de Roses, parfait et rien à redire ! Daphné est très accueillante et son agence est proche en cas de besoin, je recommande :)
