Appartement in Santa Margarida

The flat was in the 2th floor in Santa Margarida, 2 KM away from Roses center. One can walk to Roses on the pedestrian road to the beach. The souraunding are tippical for mass-tourism. The recepcion is in Roses and the ladies are willing to help you. The flat is in a building that was ment to be rent. There ist no loud traffic around but the building is noisy because of the isolation. The parking inside is very tricky and difficult. the kitchen is ok but it could be more pans and leads (only if one cook inside).

Quelques jours à Rosés en Espagne

Le sĂ©jour Ă©tait agrĂ©able, beau temps, montagne en fond de vision, terrasse des cafĂ© avec vue sur mer.Dans l’appartement le plus est la TV en français.Beaucoup de vis Ă  vis mais ce n’est pas bien grave ! Nous reviendrons.

Malheureusement Ă  notre arrivĂ©e l’appartement n’était pas nettoyĂ© ! C'Ă©tait trĂšs trĂšs sale.Cependant la gestion du loueur a Ă©tĂ© bonne.L’agence a compris le problĂšme et nous a proposĂ© une solution sans trop de contraintes .Le sĂ©jour a pu se passer convenablement .

Wiederholt den Urlaub genossen

Alles in allem war es wieder mal ein gelungener Urlaub. Die Wohnung war super sauber und entsprechend eingerichtet. Was zum letzten Mal aufgefallen ist war die Sauberkeit im Hof und Pool. Die hat nachgelassen. Was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir nur am Meer gewesen sind. FĂŒr die lauten Nachbarn kann die Agentur auch nichts. Rundum vollstens zufrieden und gerne wieder.

Es handelt sich nicht um eine neue Wohnung wie beworben. Die wohnung hat ĂŒberall starke Abnutzungen, der Horror war aber die stinkende und mit grĂŒnspan ĂŒbersehene spĂŒlmaschine. Wir konnten nur mit handspĂŒlen. Haus wurde um 2013 gebaut bzw. Das steht im fahrstuhl da war es mal eine neue wohnung. Nichtsdestotrotz hauen wir 6 tolle Tage

Immeuble avec appartement qui appartient Ă  une agence, ils vous place ou ils veulent, je me suis retrouvĂ©e au rdc avec une haie et un immeuble devant moi,et le passage pour la piscine, heureusement qu'il y avait du vent et que personne se baignait, alors que sur les photos on voyait qu on Ă©tait en etage Piscine non nettoyĂ© pendant notre sĂ©jour, pleins de chiures de mouettes autour du bassin et piscine sale Appartement avec manque de vaisselle, une tĂ©lĂ© sur meuble bas, donc dĂ©sagrĂ©able Ă  regarder Aucun meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser ces vĂȘtements, obligĂ© de les mettre sur la cuvette des wc Je ne recommande pas cette agence et cet appart

Entspannung mit LĂ€rmĂŒberraschung

wunderschöne praktische Wohnung, sauber und ideal zu Fuss an den Strand. Alles ist vorhanden. Leider wurde in der Umgebung ein Haus abgebrochen und der MaschinenlÀrm und der Staub waren unertrÀglich.

Résidence confortable et bien située

Appartement propre, spacieux et fonctionnel. IdĂ©al pour des vacances en famille. Plusieurs commerces et restaurants sont tout proche et la plage Ă  5mn Ă  pied, pour ceux qui supporteront la plage de Roses. Les voisins peuvent ĂȘtre bruyants, ne pas hĂ©siter Ă  leur parler pour rĂ©gler le problĂšme avec diplomatie. Les gens comprennent. Nous avons eu un problĂšme de douche bouchĂ©e, l'agence est intervenue rapidement en notre absence pour rĂ©parer. Nous recommandons cet Ă©tablissement.

Familienurlaub

-Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. -Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist gut (zwei Töpfe und zwei Pfannen, genug Besteck, genug GlĂ€ser, genug Teller, SchĂŒsseln, Kochutensilien, ein SchĂ€ler usw). -Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl (super mit Kinderwagen) - das Badezimmer war nicht sehr groß, (aber absolut ausreichend!) und es hatte ein Fenster - es gab genug StĂŒhle und auch Balkonmöbel, sodass die die Möglichkeit besteht, auf dem Balkon zu essen, ohne die StĂŒhle hin- und hertragen zu mĂŒssen. -bequemes Sofa und einige deutsche KanĂ€le im TV - den Poolbereich haben wir nie genutzt, dazu kann ich nichts sagen. - die Lage fanden wir super! Es ist sehr nah zum Strand, zur Promenade und zu Restaurants und weil das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Einziger „Nachteil“ ist, dass die StĂŒhle sehr laut sind und man auch die Nachbarn von oben sehr hört, wenn StĂŒhle gerĂŒckt werden. Unsere Nachbarn sind leider mitten in der Nacht abgereist und waren dabei sehr laut, aber dafĂŒr kann der Vermieter ja nichts!

Wir waren absolut zufrieden. Schöne Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage war sehr von Vorteil, ebenso der Pool. Schön fanden wir auch die NÀhe zum Strand, zu den GeschÀften und Lokalen. Wir kommen gerne nÀchstes Jahr wieder.

Parfait, logement bien situé, récent et spacieux , disposant de tout le confort moderne, machine à laver entre autre. Parking souterrain trés pratique . Le tout pour un prix raisonnable. une fiche rédigée en français , expliquant la procédure de départ: remise des clefs, etc.... A part ce petit détail , rien a signaler.

Gute Adresse

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Roses und wir waren ĂŒberrascht, wie schön doch ein Urlaub hier sein kann. Sehr dazu beigetragen hat die Wohnung, gut eingerichtet und auch ĂŒber einen lĂ€ngeren Zeitpunkt zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur ist hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
