Very nice and bright apartment, located in the urbanisation Santa Margarita (Roses), with magnificent views of the channels. Only 1,5km from the beach and 800m from Santa Margarita's center. It has a bedroom with two single beds, living/dining room with two single sofa beds, open kitchen, bathroom and terrace with splendid views of the canal. Facilities: microwave and washing machine. Wifi. Shared swimming-pool with paddling pool and whirlpool. Small supermarket in the compound. Caretaker during the day. Ideal for its location in a quiet surrounding, pretty close to the center and the main shops. [hidden]-57
