  • ROSAS, Superb apartment of 100 m2 facing the sea, 20 mt2 of terrace in the South with pretty panoramic views and pretty sunbeds, with garden furniture and comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, micro waves, fridge freezer, living room, 4 bedrooms all with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, the apartment is located in the center of Rosas at the foot of the beach, of the Port plesanse and the main promenade, we don't need to take the car to get around for the whole Municipality, all shops, and restaurants are nearby.
    The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and porter.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement avec mes 4 enfants. Le logement est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu et en excellent état, avec une vue absolument splendide qui restera longtemps gravée dans nos mémoires. L’endroit est encore mieux que ce que nous imaginions ! Un grand merci à Teresa, notre hôte, qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Accueillante, chaleureuse et toujours prête à aider, elle a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Fijne vakantie

Locatie is fantastisch maar er zijn toch wel een pàr negatieve aspecten. Dit betreft geluidoverlast 's nachts na 12 uur door het legen van straatcontainer door de gemeente. Verder in het weekend erg veel luidrugtige mensen die het weekend vieren tot 4 uur in de ochtend.

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé.Équipements nécessaires à un bon séjour, où notre setter a pu nous accompagner.Immeuble très bien entretenu, par la concierge adorable.Et enfin Teresa, une super hôte, très disponible.

Emplacement idéal

Si vous voulez découvrir Rosas, Cadaqués, Girone, c'est la situation révée.Sortez des sentiers battus pour les restaurants dans le coeur de ville de petites pépites. Prenez le parking en sus pour ce garer c'est compliqué. Ne passez pas à côté du marché le dimanche matin et des halles. L'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte le top !!! La literie est confortable et l'appartement bien équipé Le seul bémol c'est le bruit de la route, mais les Espagnols toujours aussi chaleureux. On reviendra certainement en septembre

Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Gewisse Zimmer sind die Fenster zum Lichtschacht aber mit den vielen Ventilatoren geht es sehr gut.Direkt am Strand und ca 5Minuten zum Zentrum. Preisleistung stimmt Gerne wieder Theresa ist sehr angenehm als Vermieter

Tolles appartement

Für uns war das Appartement perfekt. Tolle Lage für all unsere Vorhaben. Nur 15 min zur Tauchbasis rosessub und die Restaurants sind direkt nebenan. Der Strand befindet sich über der Straße vor der Tür und der Balkon ist groß und mit Meerblick. Phantastisch. Das Appartement ist in einem top Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieteren hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement à Rosas

Nous avons ete tres enchantés de notre semaine de location a Rosas. Nous avons ete accueillis tres chaleureusement par notre hote Teresa. C est une personne tres dévouée et soucieuse de notre bien etre. L appartement est tres joli , tres propre et tres confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement.
