The renovated kitchen in 2022 has all modern appliances, such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, coffee maker, toaster, kettle,...



There is Dutch TV and some German and English channels, as well as WiFi to stay connected.



With a fenced parking area for 2 cars and a barbecue zone, this house is the perfect base for exploring the Costa Brava.



The house is distributed over two floors, with the main floor housing the living room, kitchen, a suite bedroom, and access to the swimming pool, and the lower floor housing the other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
