Nice apartment for 4-6 persones located in a zone while pre Residenciel the beach in the center of Roses, was not bessoin the car moves por all the Municipality grants the Beach, the Port of Plessanse and Great Promenade has next to the sea are 250 Mt. the comerces 50 Mtr. and the old town center of Roses with peatonels streets with shops and Bistro, located at 200 mt.
It is ideal for persones who want to forget the car during the holidays.
This and all renouvé apartment with modern mobiliare, nuveaux and comfortable, very well and very amenagé prope also that well maintained.
It is also nice that very llumineaux and situation very bone.
It has 2 bedrooms (one with a gran llit 150cm and another with 2 llits 90 cm), a room Salón ate with Double sofa llit, T. V. Saté large terrace with table and of10 mtr2 Camp Chairs and with great stor., The cuissine is separated and very well amenagé, and Bathroom with shower

Possibility of location for long periods. Pour la Tarife I sued the owner.

Une semaine à Roses

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine à Roses cet été. Notre hôte Teresa a été très accueillante et à l'écoute. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville et de la plage dans une rue calme. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, propre et bien aménagé. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

séjours a roses

hôtes très sympa, a l'écoute et très réactive. Réfrigérateur en panne des le samedi soir, visite le soir tard et solution trouvé des le lendemain matin (dimanche). Plusieurs contacts très courtois et efficace. Superbe terrasse avec son store banne très protecteur( ombre constante).Seul hic, chambres trop chaudes pour effectuer des nuits correctes ( climatisation nécessaire).

Teresa est une hôte gentille, elle s’adapte à nos disponibilités. A l’écoute de nos besoins. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé. La literie est confortable. Bien situé pour la proximité du centre ville, des commodités et la plage. Le seul hic est pour se garer, pas de place dans la rue obliger de tourner beaucoup et de se garer loin du logement mais cela nous a pas empêché de passer un super séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement. Encore merci de votre accueil Teresa.
