* Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven, washing machine ...).

* One bedroom with double bed (160 cm).

* One bedroom with double bed (150 cm) and a single one (90cm).

* Bathroom with shower and toilet.

* Large terrace with stunning sea views equipped with table, chairs and barbecue area.* Private use stairs that lead to the beach from the building.



* Private parking space in front of the entrance of the building.



Located on the beach of l'Almadraba (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants and a supermarket open in season). The centre of Roses is 4.5 km away, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.

Short stays possible according to the season, possibility of renting weekends in season.
