"After speaking directly with the owner Ahmad of the flat to confirm the reservation, my family and i went the next morning to Alexandria and met with the property manager Mohamed who was extremely professional and curtious ,made sure our accommodation was handled properly. "Hany, the property manager, is the only saving grace of this. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have survived the two-week stay. He was so kind and helpful. The apartment wasn't located where the pictures indicated it was. There is no pool. It's in a poor and busy area. The apartment is not well kept.
