"Bar staff was not very hospitable. The gentleman from what I found out later shift was over, I would not have gone over to the bar had I not been told it was OK to ask him. It took him less than 30 seconds to walk around to the other side and hand it to me. Parking was terrible."

"We checked in very late at night because of construction at the airport so we called to let the hotel know we may not make it in before midnight. The gentleman working was very sympathetic about our situation. Ended up arriving at about 11:50pm, so made it on time! Was greeting with a smile, easy checkin, and he answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. Room was clean, spacious, and exactly as described on Orbitz. Cleaning staff was just as equally friendly, hard working, and had smiles...
