"Towels were dirty, no supplies such as garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper or paper towels. Had an ac leak the first night. The manager sent a repairman who cut a hole in the sheetrock ceiling and than left it. The next day we Had cockroaches which may or may not have been related to the gaping holes in the ceiling. "The host and property were excellent. However, major roadwork was taking place during most nights of our 30 night stay.This was unexpected and of course outside the control of the host, but we probably would have picked somewhere else if we knew about this huge disruption. "

"This large house could be a nice accommodation of a large group but it is poorly maintained and not cleaned at all. Dishwasher and fans are not working at all and there are fleas around the house probably because of the poor cleaning. The location is good and the beaches around are really nice."

There was a large patio out back off the living room.The master bedroom has a queen size bed along with an en-suite bathroom. The water pressure was decent for showering. "The overall experience in the hotel was wonderful, but especially due to the staff at the front desk ( Guy in particular ) who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and convenience and safety. They are very trying time. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful and generous with their time. We will definitely return to this hotel, which is under renovation at the rooftop pool level and areas of the exterior but inside was five star. "

"Have been using this hotel for many years and will defintely continue staying here. At our last stay some issues were mentioned and the extent ti which these were addressed was very encouraging and in line with past experiences. It seems as if they have improved on already satisfactory service. Breakfast service and pool service are noticeable better. Room cleaning and turnover also seem to run in tighter schedules. Looking forward to the next stay Thank u "
