"This was the nicest hotel! On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff"

"We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again."

"Clean room and helpful staff. Bar downstairs with a good selection and shop, both a bit pricey. Lack of a mini fridge in room was annoying but everything else was pleasant and free luggage storage was nice. Hotel is in an incredible area, very safe and right next to tivoli, a 7-11 and bike racks for lime etc... "
