"Decent hotel for the price and the rooms were clean ,Rachel in the breakfast area was so helptand so was Ali who made sure we were comfortable.
The hotel is situated in a residential area which is not the best developed but still hotel seems nice and safe

"The property itself is great! Clean rooms and very friendly staff. It should be known that walking with luggage from Waverly station is possible but difficult given the hilly terrain.
Also, there’s a club just down the street that is open late every night, and it’s quite noisy. Not a deal breaker, especially if that’s what you’re looking for, but good to be aware of!"
"Great unique 2 night stay while we explored Edinburgh during the Fringe. Cabin was perfect. Big comfy bed, strong shower and quality finish throughout. Breakfast at the bar each morning was lovely and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Tony was so professional despite the demands of the crowded 9am sitting. Reception were likewise and the young barman who served us on our first night was the perfect host. Tram stop is minutes away from the ship so getting to the city centre when we didn’t fancy...
