  • Corte Moscata is a beautiful country property with pool situated in the south-east of Sicily, between the towns of Modica, Ispica and Rosolini. A charming landscape, characterized by olive, carob trees and white stone walls, frame the villa which is a real oasis of peace and tranquility. This recently built villa is all on one level and offers cosy rooms which have all mod cons, such as air conditioning (in the sleeping area), fireplace and heating, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher and bbq. The villa includes a bright living/dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Outside there is also a further bathroom with shower. The property boasts also a privileged position: the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, such as Modica, Ragusa-Ibla, Scicli and Noto, but also the beaches of Pozzallo, of the Vendicari nature reserve and Portopalo di Capo Passero are all a short drive away.

    Ground Floor: living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (beds cm 160x 200), 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. ANNEX: Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms (not communicating - beds cm 160x 200) with TV, minibar and bathroom-shower.

Luxury in Country Surroundings

The house and grounds are exceptional and have been designed and dressed to a very high standard by Roberto and Antonella. The small touches like having magazines and paperbacks in English for English guests and in other languages when others stay is well noted. The linens and towels are high standard and the change after a few days was appreciated. There was nothing more the hosts could do for guests, nothing was too much trouble.

Wunderschönes privates Anwesen

Es ist eine große Villa auf einem wunderschönen privaten Anwesen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich schwimme gern und hier ist ein Pool vorhanden, der so groß ist, dass ich mich wirklich austoben konnte. Die Besitzer sind außergewöhnlich herzlich und aufmerksam. Innerhalb einer Stunde sind mit dem Auto sowohl schöne Strände, als auch UNESCO Weltkulturerbestädte zu erreichen. Wir machen seit 20 Jahren in Italien in Ferienhäusern Urlaub und die Corte Moscata ist unser absoluter Favorit. Wir waren bereits dreimal hier und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielen Dank an Roberto und Antonella!
