"The dome itself was lovely and well situated on the water. The bed was uncomfortable, but the linens were clean. I was very disappointed in the facilities. I have no issues with using a pit toilet, however you must provide some running water for guests. The only way I was able to fill up water bottles was to ask the people at the lodge to go into the kitchen to fill my water bottles. I was also incredibly disgusted by the showers at Cabot Shores. "We only stayed 1 night during our vacation. i had read some of the comments about the moldy smells and actual mold in the lower rooms. I was therefore disappointed to see that's what we had. . We had 2 rooms for our group, and one rom smelled a bit like a locker room, and the other had mold on ceiling in bathroom. The beds were comfy, a/c worked well and all else good. saw the de-humidifiers in the hallway. Restaurant wasnt open when we arrived."

"The only negative I can say, is that the dining room is in another building and it was pouring with rain when we needed to go for breakfast. The property does have quite steep inclines to walk to the dining room. If you are a senior or have mobility concerns make sure to ask for a ground floor room. Other than that, it was great."

"This place is a little slice of heaven without any hassle and with great prices! I was totally blown away with how clean, nice, modern and cozy these domes are. We will 100000% be back! Also, rain or shine they are a dream come true to sleep in, so romantic as well, view of the ocean. I was disappointed at first that we happened to be there on a rainy night but was wrong, the sound of the rain and just being in nature with it all was magical to say the very least, and I am sure with a story night it will be just as nice or maybe even nicer due to being able to see right through the center of the roof. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were also super modern and nice. I just can't say enough good things about my stay there and just the whole place. Thank you, we will be back!"

"The rooms and service were great, and whenever we had any issue, someone came right away to make it right. Parking was very convenient and close to our accommodation. The beds were very comfortable and it was very helpful to have a fridge in the room. Over all, a very nice place to stay, close to the many things to see and do in this busy community. Very attractive grounds and friendly staff."
