She provided us with milk, cream, coffee and tea which was much appreciated. It is newly remodeled, each room was lovely and well kept. There is outdoor furniture and the lawn rolls down to the sea. The home was up a hill and the views were incredible. We also had a donkey and horse that came to visit daily! It was very clean and cozy and we all had the best time. "We had a fantastic Easter holiday at Chris and Kathleen’s beautiful home. The house is so comfortable and had everything there that we could possibly need. Our kids loved the playroom and had so much fun playing with the toys there and the garden is gorgeous with balls and badminton etc in the garage that we we played out there. "This property had it all. It was in a great location, close enough to small towns like Clonakilty and to Cork to reach easily, but far enough away to give it a country feel. The property manager is quite simply one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet and gave us some great pointers for getting around the area. We took her advice - less can sometimes be more - and explored and enjoyed the local coastline and experieces to the full, ensuring we have to come back for more!! The fresh eggs and salmon kindly provided were a breakfast treat sitting out in the sunshine and later that evening enjoying our bottle of wine in the setting sun, what a glorious spot and lovely accomodation."

"We had a wonderful week at Abbeyview House. It’s got a great location and vantage point, lovely gardens and probably one of the best equipped and amazingly refurbished homes we have stayed at. "Nestled in the quaint village of Rosscarbery, it was close to everything around the square, accommodations were clean and complete. We used it as a base for travels to both the west and east. Parking was a bit dicey for us Americans but was not an issue. Loved the people, the pubs, restaurants and the businesses."
