"I was in DC for a 36 hours of endurance events and needed a place to rest between events. The apartment was exactly as listed and located within walking distance of the USMC Memorial and plenty of restaurants around. It was noted there was no AC, but there was a fan and I was able to stay cool on a warm weekend. The apartment owner was very helpful and there was some confusion about checkin time on the web page vs the app. She was super flexible and worked to make my required check in time work...
