"A beautiful apartment, accurately described that was close to everything in Warnemunde. We did not need a car and were able to walk everywhere and use the train to get back and forth to Rostock proper. Close to grocery store and all types of food - especially fish! Despite not speaking German we were able to communicate with the owner through our friend and the owner's daughter. Loved it!"

"Wir waren zu dritt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles war sauber und ausgestattet, wie beschrieben. Die zentrale Lage, nahe dem Strand, war überragend! Gerne wieder! Achtung: Die Stadt Rostock hat sich ein 'tolles' Pollerwerk für die Strandzone einfallen lassen. Es ist nicht ganztägig möglich, mit dem Auto durchzufahren. Unbedingt zuvor informieren!"

"Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht für ein paar ruhige Tage. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ruhig, Bett ist gut, ausreichend Platz, Cafés Geschäfte Strand in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Hinweise: 1) Von App.7 aus schaut man auf eine Mauer. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist - kein Problem. Wer eine schöne Aussicht erwartet, sollte besser woanders gucken. 2) Der Fernseher ist kein SmartTV. Wer Netflix oä. schauen möchte, muss sich eine Lösung überlegen. "

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz am Haus dazu gebucht, was sehr empfehlenswert ist, da keine Parkplätze in der Nähe waren."
