Apartment 'OstseeOase mit Strandkorb am Meer' - with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Ahoy dear guests! In my quiet yet centrally located Baltic Sea oasis, just a few minutes from the famous promenade “Am alten Strom” and about 10 minutes' walk from the beach, my small, nautically furnished vacation apartment awaits you. If you're looking for peace and quiet but still need a change of scenery, there's plenty to do: whether it's a boat trip, a fish restaurant or a stroll through the maritime shops...

The highlight, however, is the private beach chair (May - September) by the sea, which is available to all guests free of charge.



FACILITIES

“The 50 square meter apartment is located in a building with 2 other apartments on the 1st floor with the door number 595.

The small but spacious apartment is perfect for 3 adults + child or baby.



The living room is divided into a living, dining and cooking area. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

There is a small balcony off the living room with a folding table and 2 chairs, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun, for example.

The small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking.



The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and an extra shower cubicle - hand soap and towels are provided.



The bedroom has a nice large bed (1.80 x 2.00 m).

A baby travel cot can be provided on request, as well as a high chair.

Bed linen is provided.



In addition, 1 beach towel per guest is provided for the beach.

The way to the free beach chair is described in the photos. Simply go to Warnemünde beach and take beach access 6 (towards Hotel Neptun) to find your own beach chair number 63 on the right-hand side of the jetty to the water.

Parking:

There are a few free parking spaces on the street in front of the house, which are of course very popular. It is best to park in the immediate vicinity in the “Parkhaus am Molenfeuer” (Zum Zollamt 5).



Path to the promenade 'Zum alten Strom' and the beach:

The parallel street from the vacation apartment is 'Am Strom'.

This street then turns into 'Am alten Strom' and also leads to the beach promenade.



Access to the apartment is via a key safe (no. 595). The key ring also contains the key for the beach chair by the sea.



The W-LAN in Warnemünde is very susceptible to interference. It is not possible to guarantee consistently good quality.
