Unterkunft ist für diesen Preis angemessen. Leider ist das Frühstück viel zu teuer, spiegelei oder Pfannenkuchen nur gegen Aufpreis, begrenzte Speisenauswahl beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen. Parkplatzgebühr zu hoch , Ladesäule. für Auto defekt.

Det er et fint hotel, men spa består kun af en pool der ikke er varmtvandsbassin, et aroma dampbad og en normal sauna. Det var ikke nyt og heller ikke særlig rent.

Toll, aber Verbesserung sind nötig!

Tolles Hotel mit super Frühstück! Nur an ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssen die noch arbeiten/verbessern Unter anderem, ob der Safe zu benutzen ist oder die LED Beleuchtung beim Bett funktioniert. Des Weiteren war die Sauberkeit in den Saunen und den Duschen sehr bedenklich (Schimmel, der leicht zu entfernen wäre) ! Leider auch kein Wasserspender, wie man es aus anderen Saunen kennt. Dennoch ein Hotel wo wir gerne wieder hinfahren werden!

Nettes Personal

Gleich am Anfang wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und alles wurde uns ausführlich erklärt. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern (im geringen Gegensatz zu den Zimmern). Die gestellten Bademäntel waren teilweise kaputt, haben aber ihren Zweck erfüllt. Der Pool war sehr kalt, aber dafür konnte man sich in der schönen Saunalandschaft aufwärmen. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr ausreichend und lecker. Den Preis dafür isst man aber trotzdem nicht wirklich ab. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um auch mal das Auto stehen zu lassen und Bus und Bahn zu nutzen. Das im Preis integrierte Fahrtticket für Rostock und Warnemünde ist wirklich super!

When we arrived a receprionist made a mean comment that my girlfriends name was kinda difficult to type in a computer which was not a great start. I dont know what was the issue. Kinda not professional. And what was the point of saying that to a guest? Rude.
