Wow - what a great couple of days

The very best thing about the hotel is the location. Just inside the city gate, close to the old city and many many cafes and restaurants. Convenient to the street car lines and the train station. The hotel itself is lovely - comfortable, well appointed and quiet. We loved out time at the hotel and in the city.

Ok Hotel in central Rostock. Clean and in a good location. Interior is fairly old, ok but old. Rooms are good size. Slow elevator and very narrow garage are minor negative experiences.

10/10 stars for a Rostock Gem

The desk attendant Alexander was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. Our room and bathroom and the decor of the entire place were comfortable and beautiful. It is a central location with walkable restaurants and shops. Very picturesque town. We were even given a pass to use the transit. The only (very minor) issue was that we to slam our room door to make it close, and we worried it disturbed other guests.
