Welcome to our barn dominium located by the heart of downtown Roswell! This beautiful house offers a unique two-story layout designed for both relaxation and entertainment. On the main level you will find a living area offering a cozy place to chill or sleep with a queen sleeper sofa and large tv. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The laundry room is located under the staircase, perfectly tucked away. Once upstairs, you enter the open area where you can dine or relax with some great views. Have fun cooking your favorite meal in the kitchen with high end KitchenAid appliances. Also upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms, a master with a king size bed, large tv and a private full bathroom with jetted tub and shower. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and tv and another bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle...perfect for the younger ones in the group. Feel free to step out onto our grand back deck with access from the kitchen and living areas along with a spiral staircase leading down to the huge backyard. Plenty of room for a barbeque and even a custom playset for the kids. You will see the city with 360 degree views for those beautiful days and evenings.
