"Checked in late and the process took under two minutes. Shower worked fine and bed was soft enough to rest after flying in from out of state."

"The house was awesome. Don't have a single complaint."

"This is a great property. It was very comfortable for the number of guests with enough seating in the living room and kitchen. The outside area is secure and perfect for dogs. A safe and quiet neighborhood 2 minutes from the main drag with the best Mexican restaurant right up the street. The host was wonderful and alerted us when we left both shoes and an iPad behind. We were still in the area and were able to pick it up at the house with no issues."

"Better than expected given the price! Fresh linens, working TV, no noise interruptions created an effortless choice for one-night lodging."

"The quietness of my room allowed me to sleep soundly despite being close to busy roads. It stayed comfortable so I didn't have to rush my morning packing or checkout process."

"Clean rooms, pet allowed, spot-on parking availability made it straightforward!"

"We have stayed here several times on our way to Colorado and our way home. It’s a great home that meets our needs for our family and pets. Vanessa is a great host and we’ll be rebooking for next year."

"Was very clean and perfectly located!"

"Visiting Roswell was a spur of the moment decision and this rental did not disappoint! The kids had a blast with the arcade games and toys provided; as did the adults. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Highly recommend staying here!! The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get all the information you need during the stay from the app. The host is very responsive and accommodating as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"I needed a decent sleep before the drive and got it. We appreciated the air conditioning and private bathroom. Plenty of space for all four of us too."

"Great experience! Definitely recommend this stay!"

"Not noisy, just plain and easy to use facilities throughout our stay."
