"Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Duschtüren waren nicht dicht, so dass das Bad anschließend halb unter Wasser stand. Beim Betreten des Zimmers roch es sehr intensiv und unangenehm vermutlich nach einem Lufterfrischer. Der Totalausfall des TV war jedoch das größte Manko. "Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

Great value, small & friendly hotel
"Hotel was easy to find in central Baden Baden just a few steps from Augustaplatz bus stop. Easy check-in, we were treated to a room upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was included and was very lavish for such a small place, I would definitely stay again."
