Nice location with a excellent restaurant

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was so friendly and hospitable. I loved all the lighting and decorations. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. It was so delicious.

The property was beautiful and staff wonderful. Spa and pool lovely. Centrally located. Breakfast was expensive and staff less than helpful in getting coffee.

The Erbprinz has very comfortable rooms and a very nice restaurant. The downside was that they have a smoking lounge at the front of the hotel and in the winter the smoke from there is blown all the way to the back of the hotel and up the tower. So at night my room on the fifth floor of the tower started to smell like smoke and I had to open the windows to deal with the smell. The front desk said that they have other rooms in a different section of the hotel that didn't have this problem.

Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity, including a complimentary minibar. It is very convenient to the Old Town (5-10 minute walk) with so many restaurants and shops. Wonderful, Professional What we expected for the price

Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments.
