Find Hotels with an Indoor Pool in Rothaar Mountains

An amazing hotel, nice wellness area, delicious food and a very helpful staff.

A family is the owner and run the hotel. Their hospitality was great. You really felt at grandma home.

The weather was very hot and my room on the 3rd floor was boiling. I know AC is not popular, but under such conditions a fan in the room would have made a world of difference. The restaurant food, while limited in choices, was excellent. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

I loved my stay. The owner and the entire staff went above and beyond!

Nice hotel, good breakfast, nice spa with sauna.

Would go again.

Spacious, nice apart. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need, so it is convenient when you stay longer. Gives an 'at home' feeling. Huge TV for long evenings if you go in winter or cold season. Convenient location. Walking to restaurants, shops. If you have an apartment in the ground floor, don't park your car in front of the building, you can take your luggage inside directly from the terrace in the rear parking.

My stay was very nice. I did have trouble accessing the wi-fi signal from my room. Also, the wifi server did not have valid certificate. Aside from the internet issue, I did use the gym, which had some weights and other machines. Food was high quality as was the service.

The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. The on-site ski rental was very convenient for my children and the covered parking facility is another plus. On-site pool / spa was clean and well staffed, as were the three restraunts. The actual accomodations were also well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely stay here on future visits and would highly reccomend it.

This was a nice overnight stay while traveling. The room was quiet and comfortable. We added the 1/2 board. The dinner was great and the breakfast buffet was equally nice.

I have to say this was a wonderful experience. I came here form Texas and took my sisters here for a bridal getaway. The staff was AMAZING and extremely friendly and totally willing to make our stay wonderful. Even though the pool was closed due to a technical problem, they were willing to give us a free dinner as a compromise. The food was truly amazing and worth eating there. The location as beautiful and our whole experience was amazing.
