Excellent room / hotel - quiet, nice view, safe, nicely decorated; excellent and helpful staff; nice furnishings and sheets/towels. Great kitchenette and washer/drier. Centrally located.

Ripple Rotorua
Good communication from the team. Office was closed when I arrived but they had the welcome pack ready with all the information ahead of time. The property itself is a bit old but everything inside works. One big dead bug in the bathroom but the rest of the room was clean.

Alpin Motel & Conference Centre
Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed comfortable, toiletries plenty. Laundry room for those travelling to catch up with fresh clothes.
