"Lovely big cosy place and very handy to rotorua"

"We traveled as a family of 4 through NZ. Stayed in Rotorua for 2 days. The home was just a few miles/KM from almost anywhere in the town. The home was spacious with more than enough room for the four of us and the kids had their own rooms with two additional rooms available. The kitchen and dining area worked well. "Lovely, cosy bach. Well equipped kitchen. The separate outside bedrooms gave every one space and privacy. The lake was beautiful to look at and swim in. A really peaceful retreat."

"This home is large and well appointed. Big living room, 3 bedrooms (2 queen and one with 2 singles) and two bathrooms plus a small but comfortable outdoor space with hot tub. Close to grocery stores and major attractions. Easily big enough for a family group or two couples. An excellent choice."

"Overall a great weekend, The location gave easy access to the local area and everything was close for walk or drive. Good communication and the check in process was clear and easy. We even received a text ahead to let us know it was ready which was great. Property was clean and tidy. A few notes, the garage is a tight angle to fit , took a few tries with the SUV to access. "The property was conveniently located for all of our plans in and around Rotorua. Unfortunately, the AC broke right before our stay, which was not communicated to us. We had to contact the owner because we were unable to turn the AC on, which was when we found out it was broken. In addition, the parking situation was tricky - either a VERY tight driveway, or a big dropoff to a gravel spot. Not great when driving a rental car!"

"Lisa(Host) was awesome to deal with. Loved the place this main house was located at. Beautiful garden and it’s surrounding. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back to stay her if we are ever in Rotorua. But, the smell inside the house needs a refresher or odour clean. It’s definitely needs some maintenance as there are some things that’s broken (pool table room), some rooms need a change in carpet or upgrade"
