The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. "It was so cold as soon as I entered the room, and the floor was so cold that I couldn't walk barefoot. The bathroom glass was broken, and the broken ventilator was too noisy. The biggest problem was that when I compared the picture of "hotel.com" with the picture I took, I thought it was a completely different hotel. I'll never use it again."
