"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. Thank you to all the staff"

"Overall an amazing hotel and beautiful area, I just got an “family room” with door option to the neighbor room and could hear every sound, sadly the neighbors with 2 kids screamed most of the night as well as the morning. "
