"Not easy to park the car. The lobby is dirty and the furniture is worn. The apartment is large and has a nice view but the price is way above what it is worth. There is a lot of maintenance needed in this apartment. There was silverfish in the bathroom. Silicone was mouldy. It should be more clean."

"While it was kind (and odd) to be upgraded but without access to the M Lounge, it really didn't matter. The staff working The Pillars were all superb - particularly Maressa who kindly helped me improve my Dutch language skills. As the other 'front of house' for the hotel they are an absolute credit and I hope are recognised as such. The room was wonderful and we slept well followed up by an extensive range of breakfast choices to set you up for the day. I can recommend the cheese omelette. The location just across from Centraal station was another benefit meaning we had time to explore more Rotterdam before finally catching the train home."

"Clean and nice hotel. Had all amenities we needed. Liked the blue light in the shower, old black phone and play recorder. Mini fridge was nice to have it. Very close to cube houses and market hall."
