Recomiendo hacer un video al entrar por el asunto fianza. En mi apartamento habia demasiadas zonas con "problemas". Un trozo de zocalo roto aquí, otro trozo de puerta rota allí, y cosas así, nada grave, pero demasiadas. La limpieza general es muy justita. No esta sucio, pero tampoco esta limpio. En cocina encontramos "restos" en algun plato y sartenes mejor no usarlas. El suelo necesitaba un barrido mas intenso. En cambio, la ropa de cama y de baño estaba muy limpia y parecia nueva. La calefacion (importante cuando fuera hace -4º) funcionaba, pero por las noches parecia morir y las mañanas eran muy frias hasta que la caldera general queria volver a la vida. En la zona de escalera comun, todos los dias estaba llena de los restos de ropa que el personal de limpieza dejaba en bolsas enormes por doquier, no me parecen muy seguro en caso de emergencia porque ocupaban zonas de transito. Estas bolsas se quedaban durante el resto del dia. El suelo de las escaleras no estaban limpios, Por supuesto, personal no hay. Solo ves a los que limpian. Como ventajas, es centrico, tiene parking gratis, y el transporte publico esta cerca.

Sehr schöne Lage des Apartments. Wir haben uns als Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier und da sind die Möbel aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und die Couch war ein wenig dreckig. Da wir aber uns nur zum schlafen in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben ist dies kein Problem gewesen. Dusche und WC und auch die Schlafzimmer waren sauber. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder das Apartment buchen.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, einige Fuss Minuten vom Zentrum. Leider haben wir den Parkplatz nicht schon vorreserviert, so konnten wir nur zum Normaltarif parken was etwas teuer ist.

Heerlijk appartement, erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige locatie, op loopafstand van allemaal leuke plekken in Rotterdam. Jammer dat er geen lift was en de bedden vonden we wat aan de kleine kant. Ondanks dat zou ik deze plek zeker aanraden!
